Is anything booked when I press the WhatsApp button?

No. WhatsApp opens with your request already typed. One of our travel professionals checks the tour, confirms the price and sends a secure card link. Nothing is charged until you say yes.

Which ones are confirmed on the spot?

Tours and airport lounges: pay by card on the page and you're confirmed straight away, with your details sent by our team shortly after. Resort day passes are limited by how full the hotel is that day, so a person confirms those first and sends a secure card link.

What does the resident rate need?

A Jamaican ID for every guest on the resident rate, shown at the gate. Without it you pay the visitor rate on the day. A photo of the ID is accepted at some gates.

Do the prices include tax?

Yes. Every price is the full amount, tax and service included.

Can children come?

It depends on the tour. Each page says the child age range and the child price where there is one. Adults-only tours say so at the top.

Can I cancel?

Each tour has its own terms and we pass them on before you pay. As a rule, weather cancellations on the catamaran are rebooked or refunded, and resort passes cancelled inside 48 hours are not refundable.
