Bookings and payments

• Quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is received.
• Final prices and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment schedules and methods will be communicated in writing.

Cancellations and changes

• The rules of the hotel, airline or tour operator govern cancellations, changes and refunds. Flights are usually non-refundable once ticketed.
• Agency service fees may apply to changes or cancellations.

Groups

• Group rates apply to ten adults or more, or ten rooms or more, and are confirmed in writing with your quote.
• On international group trips, US$95 (J$15,000) per person holds a spot. The hold is non-refundable and counts toward that person's package deposit.
• Deposit amounts and balance due dates are stated on your quote and depend on your travel dates. Rooms and spots are held once the deposit is paid.
• Organisations and group leaders may pay by invoice where the quote says so.

Travel documents

• You are responsible for valid passports, visas and entry requirements.
• We recommend travel insurance for medical emergencies and trip interruptions.

Liability

We act as an agent for independent suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service quality. Remedies are limited to amounts paid to us for services not provided.
