Can I pay with a US card?

Yes. Prices are in US dollars and the deposit link takes US cards.

Are flights included?

Only if you want them. We quote land only (the resort, the airport pickup, the days out) or add flights from the US.

Is the resort price per person?

Yes. The from-price is per person a night, two people sharing a room, all inclusive.

What if a resort is closed?

We check before we quote. Closed and reopening resorts are on our resort status page, and we suggest the closest match.

Who meets me at the airport?

Your driver, at the arrivals exit with a sign with your name. We track your flight, so a delay doesn't mean a missed pickup.
