Jamaican passport holders enter Panama visa-free, and the flight is direct, so there is no US transit. Passport valid 6 months past your return to be safe (3 is the minimum). We check it before ticketing.
Panama uses the US dollar. Change your J$ before you leave. Nobody in Panama will take it. Cards work but add fees; cash is easier for taxis and small places.
Flights are non-refundable once ticketed. Refunds on the balance vary by hotel. We tell you the rules before you pay.
